With more than 20 years of international consulting experience, Suman has a proven track record delivering an innovative and strategic approach to the Supply Chain and Sourcing practice with outstanding results. He has worked across multiple industries, including Financial Services, Wireless, Pharmaceutical, Technology, Consumer Goods, Retail, and the Defense Logistics Agency.

Before launching his consulting practice, Suman was a management consultant at A.T. Kearney where he was responsible for deepening client relationships and developing business opportunities. His innovative work resulted in significant cost reductions and savings in the Supply Chain and Sourcing model across a variety of industries. Suman got his start at Procter & Gamble, Asia Pacific where he honed his Supply Chain expertise with the launch of marquee global brands.


He holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India and Masters in Industrial Engineering from NITIE, Mumbai, India, graduating at the top of his class at both schools. Suman also has an MBA from UCLA in Strategy and Finance.


Suman loves to travel the globe and explore the fine arts and culture of ancient civilizations. When not on the road conferring with clients, Suman likes to spend time with his 11-year-old daughter watching marine animals in the San Francisco Bay.

Kearney, PwC Consulting, and Three S Consulting Inc.) as well as executive line management/Chief Procurement Officer positions (Pepsi-Cola, Lehman Brothers, and Express Scripts Holdings Inc., etc.).


He has significant experience in Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Entertainment and Consumer Products industries – leading and ensuring achievement of strategic supply management goals and major transformation objectives – while also training, developing and motivating participating staff and team members.


Bill is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point; he served in Germany with the 2nd ACR, and at Fort Bragg with the 82nd Airborne Division.


Away from work, Bill enjoys time with his family, running, gardening and reading.

As a trusted advisor, Justin is a player coach and provides an executive perspective to senior leaders. He recognizes that functional area strategies must be aligned both vertically and horizontally within an organization. He provides leaders with an “outside in” perspective that is often difficult to achieve internally.
